Hi Guys
Claire and I are running the summer bootcamp again this year from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd of August from 9.30am to 2pm. We are working out of Coral Leisure in Arklow again. As before the week culminates in a youth distance race on the Friday of 300 metre swim, 9km cycle and 3km run.
We have had good interest already and have ten booked in, so we are just looking for a couple more, if any of you guys know people with teenage kids?
