Mile high route

So is there a designated route for any aspiring mile highers to take?
I don't want to be bating meself up and down and up and down and up again only for Furlong to point out that I did the climbs in the wrong order?

Talking about Mt Leinster before any smart alecs get in there

When you thinking of doing this - might tag along if it suited. I have never done it and might need the company to motivate me up those hills

Might do this sunday if yer goin John. Need some prep for Kenmare and I think it would be just the thing.

Cool Bill lets go this Sunday so
Pulling out of Bunclody at 7am
Stiff enough pace, I need a good blast out ahead of Kenmare as well, bring your climbing legs and your Strava app :)
No stopping on route, coffee in Bunclody afterwards if anyone wants
We'll follow the route DC linked to earlier
Send me your number Bill so I can text you if anything changes

Sorry John. Can't go now. Wife informs me she's leaving me Sun morning. Goin on a business trip Sun morning very early for a few days!!!!! Was lookin forward to it and all. I'll try see when I can fit it in again. Defo in next few weeks. Give me a text on oh86-8o657four3.
