I suppose most people have heard about PJ's misfortune in Portugal. Having been down that broken bone route a few times myself, I know what a pi$$er it is.
So heal up quick PJ and see you on the bike soon!

Thanks for all the posts texts calls and callers.
On the mend now 28 staples and a metal plate later.
These things happen in life.
Out of action for 3 or 4 months which means Roth is out this yr.
Unless somebody would like to push me around a la Team Hoyt style?!

Doing an Iron Man and becoming an Ironman is not the same thing (PJ + 28 staples = Ironman)
If you do decide to do Barcelona, I will come and support....its my turn....!
Take care and repair well....like Steve Austin...you will be better, stronger, faster...(any of you young guys remember the Six Million Dollar Man??)

6 million dollar man - Lee Majors - loved that show. When PJ was planning Barcelona for 2014 on the plane home, we had labelled him Lazurus - but 6 mil man would also do!
