Anyone heading up to see either the Giro or the bike show or both?
Bike show is on in Merrion Square Sat 10th & Sun 11th May
The third stage of the Giro finishes on Merrion Square on Sunday 11th May
(it really does seem too good to be true )
I'm planning to bring Sadhbh up with me for the Sunday.
Anyone else going?
Remember - think pink

Hey John
I will probably go, might bring a child or two. I will chat to you about this over the next few days.

Re: Giro D'Italia & Irish Cycling Show
Great day out at the Giro yesterday
Ruairi and I went ourselves afterwards leaving the women and children at home
Not a whole lot to see in at the Cycling Show, was disappointed with it to be honest
A great atmosphere outside the park though all around the finish area and the finishing run in
Enjoyment factor helped no doubt by a rare few pints for me
Got right up to the barrier at the final chicane across from the Davenport Hotel
Great show of support along the whole route by the public, I hear they are now talking about resurrecting the Pro Tour of Ireland sometime in 2015.
Speaking of which, the Ras starts next week and goes up Corrabut and through Bunclody, I'll start another thread
Thanks to Ruairi for the lift home
