Thanks again everyone , starting at 2pm today and hope to stick updates on the 500k in a day Facebook page as we move , we're doing this for a fantastic charity and we've more or less reached out target which is great . We've had the pleasure of meeting some of the families that are being helped by Aoibheanns Pink Tie and their stories would bring tears to a glass eye . This time tomorrow I'm sure the 9 of us will have sore legs and sore backsides but it'll be worth it .

That is some challenge Patsy, definitely taking endurance to the limits. Don't think lub will be enough, a transplant of that general region would be more appropriate. Very best of luck and we'll be keeping an eye on progress.

Update: Patsy and the rest of the 500k-in-a-day team left Malin Head yesterday afternoon and rolled into Hook Head today, 24 hours and 500kms later. They rode for 9 hours through pouring rain overnight! Legends.
