sh*t!- yanked the zip on my wetsuit yesterday and broke the darn thing.
anyone know is it repairable or is it 'the great gig in the sky' for my poor old (well actually just one year old) wetsuit?????

I'd suggest bringing it back to where you bought it first - unless you bought it online.
A good dressmaker might be able to fit a new zip if it needed one, but it has to be glued and stitched in. Might be better off with the pros - drysuit and wetsuit repair specialists -
http://www.drysuitrepairs.com/ (in Shankill).
One point - it could cost you 100 quid to get a zip replaced - you'd get an Orca on Wiggle for that.
Frank got his zip redone by the shop he bought it from, though it was less than a year old.

Aishing,
Zoot dont cover wetsuit zips, evnthough mine was only three months old. Cyclesuperstore fixed it though by prising open the zip joining jobbie after removing the top link on RHS and then joining the zip again. However, the zip joining jobbie would come off the top if i pulled it right up, so got someone to sew a large knot with fishing gut to prevent this occurring.
The lost the suit and had to post it down

thanks for the advice lads......phew, what an ordeal it sounds like!
its a cheap orca one from wiggle so reckon not hope of any comeback on it!
will see what repair work i can do (get done!) that will get me to end of this year and then maybe new investment at beginning of next year!
