Courtown swim Thurs evening

Went for a bit of a dip in Courtown Thursday with James, Tony and Duncan (greenkeeper at BGC).
Martin turned up to witness the madness with his kids.
Felt like a good Sunday morning spin - about 1km of swimming with 50m of climbing.
