Upper Car park 9.30
Chroughan-selectionbox-up 9 stones-down 9 stones-up towards 795 mast halfway up turn left -down by the fence-down the MX decent-grassy bit till catlegrid-back to car. some steep climbs but nothing severe. there will be a steady but easy pace.hopefully some great views on the way. see you tomorrow

Won't be able to make this one Rudolf, shame cause it sounds like a cracker, i'll be up at the DH track giving the new top section some hammer, thanks for the help today too, many hands make light work.

Hoping to be there in the morning Rudolph. sorry i couldn't make it up today Gary but enloyed last nights track build we should make it a regular event for an hour or two on friday nights before the spin either the downhill track or the XC ones

No worries Brian mate, i had 6 people up helping so it wasn't too bad, went up today for a bit of a spin on the new top section and all i can say is NASTY, VERY VERY NASTY

, one little section is just pure big bike only, even then it's hard to ride down, i hit one of the rocks so hard i think i blew the Compression cartridge in my forks, not going to be cheap

Fair play Brian, first time I ever saw a lad too knackered to detach himself from the bike before sitting down on the grass for a breather. Next challenge is to do it without any stops!
Great descent today - some real all-mountain biking.
