anyone going for a mtb spin's this week

me and Aishling are meeting at 6.30 at your usual - hopefully taking it handy

Hoping to do this again next Tuesday- but we are going to go there for 6pm as another 1/2 hour will be good with the light, so if anyone would like to join us for this handy spin you are more than welcome, especially if you are going to do Eirman X - come on Shiobhan, Martin, Tom, John etc

Didn't hit bunclocdy till half seven tought you's would be finished or near enough by then.

Ok tuesday night didn't work out for me so I plan to hit the lower carpark for 6ish Friday and head for craughan and back via nine stone light and time permiting. Whos up for it

Hi Brian, we were there until 8.30, improving our skills with some blind cycling- very good fun, no fear!

I'm out tonight (Friday) from around 6:30 and aiming to make up for a week of no exercise! Bring on the pain!!
