Likely to take 2.5-3 hrs.

This will be a lively pace, no stops spin.

It's the "old" route from Croghaun to Upper CP. There's a jump in a grassy section in the middle

go two thirds of the way down pete
turn left
traverse the open ground, crossing the heartbreaker and continuing straight on
enter the wood
turn right

this section of singletrack to the bottom is known as 'stairway from heaven'.
