i have a really good half ironman one, you would have loads of time to do it and join some of us in May 2011 ;)

Sorry David, I've nothing other than Joe Friel's Triathlete's Training Bible and it will take you two years to read and you'll be none the wiser afterwards, I certainly wasn't :?
