Suggestions for swim training

I came across this the other day, and like most well intentioned swim training plans I will most likely follow it for about a week and a half and then go back to just doing what I feel like
But I thought that maybe some of ye might get better value from it
The guy who put it together is one serious swimmer and was second out of the water behind Bryan Keane at this years Lost Sheep Triathlon
If you scroll down to the bottom of the article he has prepared approx 30 different swim training sessions for people to follow, based around 3 different session lengths
