Our Racing795 swim coach Ivanna who motivates us on those early Tuesday mornings and those late Friday nights week in week out with out fail, is doing an Irish dancing fundraising event and would like our help. See her email:
I am dancing for the County Wexford Community Workshop Enniscorthy. I am hoping to raise money to purchase some specialised gym equipment for the Astro Active Centre which is part of our service. We provide a service for people with disabilities. The event is Charity Jigs and Reels and is being run by the O'Neill School of Dancing on the 3rd December in the Castle Enniscorthy.
There will be a sponsorship card available at the AGM on Friday night, and at our end of year party on the 27th November. Alternatively bring a donation to Ivanna when you are going swimming next. I think it is a worthwhile cause, and worth a few euros. I know it is a tough time financial for people at the moment, but even a small donation counts.
