This is a spreadsheet that I use to record the total distance and total time spent on each of swim / cycle / run training
Recording your training like this is probably not for everyone, anf those that do do it probably have their own way of recording it anyway, but sure maybe someone might have a use for it
I have set it up to record all distances in KM's and all times in Hr's, but do whatever you like with it
