Hi All
just wondering, I have developed a sore knee (at the back right hand side of my right knee) its only at me when i try stand up from a kneeling position not when i cycle or jog (cycled to carlow from glenmalure on monday and jogged 4k this morning without a niggle. kneel down and struggle to stand up on my right leg) , is this a GP thing or phsyo thing. any suggestions Cheers

sounds to be like the tendon that stabilizes the knee is locked, this tendon runs around the back and under the patella that's why you can feel it getting from the kneeling position. Don't stop activity it wont make a difference. You just need to get this released sore but quick. Don't pay 50 eiro for the doctor to give you diffine and say stay off it for 2 weeks. If you have a physio go to them is your best bet, or give me a shout.

I'll amputate it if you want Brian. Just let me put a new blade on the hacksaw first.
Alternatively I'll pop off the knee cap with a chisel.
You'll surely beat me at the next race after that :D
