Crossfit challenge

Eamonn put David Tullly and myself through our paces last night at the circuits class.
It included the workout below, which he said to post to here and get other members of the club to do in there own time.
All these excerise's can be done at home, you need nothing .

The idea is you do the crossfit workout as quickly as you can.
When you have it done post your times up here.
No cheating (your only fooling yourself ;) )

it took me 7 mins 37 secs to watch all the videos...does that count?
