well now that the dust has started to settle, time to get back training. nwe've gotta help rudolf break into that top 10

given that the weather is rubbish was thinking of heading to the 'indoor' arena that is The Quarry to stay out of the rain/snow.

Spin up, 5 steady laps (maybe backwards for a change) down Courtown and out.
