Anyone interested in running the 10.5 k for the blackstairs adv race? Leaving Bunclody square at 7.30 am on sat. Can go earlier if it suits anyone. Pace nice and easy

How did this go Colm?
What was the trail part of the run like? Wet sloppy etc what runners had you on trail or road?

I didn't go in the end pj, since no one else was interested I bailed out :shock: shouldn't have but I did. Am under pressure now for next week. I am away all week now and won't be back till sat night so I hope it's well marshaled ?
