Joy and I are going for a 130k spin tomorrow morning. Pace steady.

Leaving coop bunclody at 9.30. Route:

Leighlinbridge (see if we can find ruby ;))

Graigue
Ballymurphy
Kiltealy
Bunclody

Intend stopping in the arboretum for a coffee and sandwich
