Friday night running at bunclody golf club

I'm going to make this a regular fixture for the winter.
Meeting at the entrance at 8:15
Pace will depend on who turns up based more on a social run than training will most likely be in the 5-6min/km bracket

I have 6 mile easy down on a fri nite when I'm not racing sat over my next 6 week training block, so will try get over starting from next week. If the chaps are arranged toms gonna come too.

John Tracey at the height of his powers ran his easy runs at 8 min miles! 5 to 6 min/km are plenty fast for easy runs for us mere mortals barring Tom!
