Coached swimming Mt Wolseley

Swimming will resume in Mt Wolseley on Fri Jan 10th at 8.30 pm dependent on numbers.

I am proposing that we run this for 12 weeks instead of the normal 8 weeks.

The plan is to continue with technique work but introducing more focused training as the sessions progress.
