Well done everyone, lots of great performances plus 795 taking top spot in mens and top stuff. Thanks for all the help, Jim ciara Megan caoilfhionn pj frank Mike and all the lads who raced and helped with setup and tidy up. these events don't happen without lots of help so cheers.

Have to say, it was a great day yesterday, really enjoyable, a tough cycle course, not for the faint hearted..thanks Barry Jim, Marshal's etc....its what being in a club is all about xx

Mighty day out, a great introduction to a duathlon. Many thanks to Barry, Kim, Ciara, Megan, Mike, PJ, Frank and probably another half a dozen who organized and gave great encouragement on the route, big thanks to Niall who told me to pace myself on the way out of Clonegal as he flew past me....legend!
