right girlies, anyone wanting to join me for a run on thu evening, on the course that will be the race at the w-end? I'll be there at 6.30, can meet in Ferns if not sure where the field is. I'll be taking it nice and handy.

good women, i'll meet you at the top of the town, by the monument at about 6.20 ish, it's not too bad, but you might want to bring old runners
