Spinning Classes

The word from Mt Wolseley is that Mon night 8pm is ok. We need a min of 8 people committed at a cost of €5 each per night thats €40 for an eight week session. Max number of places is 10.

Good man Brian, was wondering when someone would ask that question. The only race that I did in both 2009 & 2010 that could be compared was TryAthy Olympic and my Cycle time in 2009 was 1:23 and this year I was close to 1:11, that's approx 15% increase. Lots or reasons why but the spinning classes certainly were a big factor. Unfortunately Monday is not good for me as mentioned, sorry

Unfortunately there isn't enough interest for these classes to go ahead at the moment.
