MTB XC training spin 191210

Hello,

This spin will leave from the swimming pool, petrol/garda station in Bunclody. over the road towards kildavin, up the long fireroad climb, towards croughan, turn left at heart breaker mini DH up towards windmills black dog rockn roll paradise critical mass lowerwood back up steep climb towards forestry hut then another lap or 2 of the race course.

This a no stopping spin the pace will be steady but not flat out. all are welcome. see if you can keep up. if you want to choose a short cut no problem we can all meet at the wind mills. steady pedalling with no stopping will improve your endurance and will be a base for the racing that is to come later in the year. spin should take around 2/2.5 hrs

start 10 oclock.
weather permitting but hopfully around 10 the road should be ok

good spin. trails are in great shape, all nice and frozen with no mud.

it's getting hard to keep up with the savages though. I see a good season ahead

Trails and fireroads are rolling fast. great fast spin. didnt plan to start the xc training untill after Xmass but its good to get started. good to see many out. see you next time
