Too wild this am to run on elevated ground so Dena Adrian and myself are not going

A couple of the lads from swimming were looking to go up Annagh this saturday
Sorry but not able to guarantee I'll be there, but there is a group from IMRA heading up meeting at the Gap pub at 9:30am saturday see here
I ran with them a few weeks ago and no bother, nice bunch
Anyone interested in a run on Annagh should meet up with these, I think that there might be some changes to the race route that I haven't seen anyway
Paul or Mick will know who you are if you mention the club or maybe wear some of the colours
If I can make it I will


Weather is looking ok there PJ but you might want to bring your gloves :D
