Hello,
This wednesday Xc training spin. Up to the windmills for a warm up. then down all the single track. 2 or 3 laps of the full race course. the pace will be constant. Try and keep up. For the sports riders option of starting earlyer to ride to the windmills and down all the single track or do one lap of the race course. after we can meet again at the top of paradise.
