SUPPORT NEEDED . As you may be aware Ciara Dunne and myself are training for an event in Copenhagen next month. Please join us for a road spin this Sunday, (estimated speed 25kph). Depart at 7am sharp from Nolans Texaco station Bunclody for a 70km loop to Carnew/Gorey/Ferns/Scarawalsh and back to the petrol station. At 10am we'll depart for out second loop after a quick stretch and refill of water bottles. Join us for either loop or both if you wish. We'd really love the company and banter to make the morning go quicker and the saddle less painful. So far we've recruited five willing souls. More needed.
