Ok this class will be going ahead.
Lorraine also in for thursday.
That makes 8 so far,2 places left

Hi folks, details as follows:

Starts Thursday 12th January 2012.
In Kildavin gaa complex at 8.30 pm sharp.(For 1hr)
Runs for 8 weeks.

Showers and changing rooms available.

Cost is €40 for 8 classes
Payable in full upfront on the first night to P.J.

Dont have me to go chasing you...cause i know people who can do damage!

Again our club is subsidising the class.

Well that was good craic. I've never done anything like it before so it was good to learn some basics, stretches, lunges, squats etc. God knows it's badly needed. I'd say Eamonn was very disappointed at the state of us - the groans of some people during the stretches! :lol:
Looking forward to next week.

LUNGES 15 3
SQUATS 15 3
HIP EXTENSION 15 3
CRUNCHES 15 3
BACK EXTENSION 15 3
PLANK 30 SEC 2
SIDE PLANK 30 SEC 2
JUMP JACKS 15 1

10 SECOND REST BETWEEN SETS. FINISH WITH A SMALL STRETCH
