Great work Barry, that was some spin! I wouldn't have missed that for any race!

I still don't like Black Dog though.

The best cure for jet lag I've ever had anyways ;)

Highlight was being encouraged down Black Dog by a thirty-strong crowd of onlookers/walkers :o

Now feeling even worse that I missed. On the sofa, sweating like Tully on a bike, dosed to the gills with neurofen and paracetamol.Was never up for it.

Would hate to have missed that for some tootle around in wicklow feel sorry for the lads and of course Mr skuttleman at home with man flu tut tut roll on next Sunday
