Tough old session again last night. Not sure about the aerobics at the start, safe to say none of us will be on Strictly Come Dancing on Ice any time soon!

Here's a link to the spartan 300 Eamon will be covering in the next few weeks :o ;)

Also because we got a few more signed up at the last minute we can add 2 extra nights free of charge.
It will now run up to and including Thursday 7th March
