If anyone is interested in some structured longer sessions these are the ones set by the coach I was using for a while:

There's about 6 months worth of swim sets here. Some are a bit long as they are geared towards HIM / IM swimmers but they can be shortened easily enough.

Dean and I did James' 1500 TT in Wexford today (25m pool). So well organised with several people volunteering their time to help. We are lucky to have James on board.
