Exputex..... It's a right yoke for getting it up.
5 pm today lower car park.
12-13 km steady.
Around 6:00-6:15 kmph.

There's a few of us running the route for the "summer meet ups" this evening.
Leaving lower car park st 6 pm sharp.
Were doing 12-13 km at an easy pace.
