Class will start Wednesday 11th January 2012.
In Mount Wolseley leisure club Tullow and on bikes at 8pm sharp.
1 hour in duration.
Runs for 8 weeks.

Cost is just €40 for the 8 classes.
Money payable in full to instructor on the first night

Our club is subsidising the cost.

That was a great session...heart attack stuff...but still great....

Great session, you can't beat the spinning for hardship. Michael is a cyclist as well which helps. A few new possible members too, great stuff...
