Thanks for this today, I really enjoyed it.
I was a bit shaky a first but then it all started to come back to me.
It has reignited my love for mountain biking.

Now all I have to do is persuade a few people to come out with me for some spins.

Great to see a big gang out today, 13 in all. Hope everyone got something out of it. There's plenty more singletrack around for those who want it, and for those who don't there is a huge forest road network. Till next time...

Great stuff well done to all. Bombing down the mini Downhill was a blast. Lorraine was even getting the bike sideways. Frank was flying on his new bike. funny moment of the day was the skill lesson at the of camber root. Jim takes out his drink bottle and sprays the water on the root ( to make it a bit more difficult he says). Dena was not impressed!. Well done to David F for getting this organized and picking out the route. see you all next time.
