Group road spins

I'm thinking of doing the Dragon Sportive, we're not around for the next group spin either unfortunately.

Don't want to hijack the thread here, but it would be great to see a good turnout at the Dragon Sportive as it is being organised by Paul Nolan of Kennys for Bikes in Enniscorthy, who has always been a great supporter of our club.

The next group spin is this Sunday.

Route dependent on wind direction.

Distance will be around 110 km as we build up to TDF .
Will probably do 2 routes 60 km back to Bunclody for a quick cuppa (I'll bring flasks somebody else bring "energy bars")
And then a 50km route.

No hills = flattish routes = avg 26kmph (like last Saturday)= not out all day
Bear in mind there's a good few of us doing Wexford triathlon on the Saturday.
Probably leave square at 7-7:30 am

Meet on the Square at 7:30am
Two loops. With a break for a cuppa at cars on Square after first.

First Route:

If people want to join for one loop do so.
First loop leaves at 7:30 am sharp
Second leaves at 9.50am also from square.

Pace as before 25-27km an hour avg.

Bring something to eat/drink. I'll bring the club flasks with tea/coffee and milk.
