for those not going to Bellurgan Park - which happily appears to be most

i'm planning my own little mt leinster enduro

departing upper car park at 8:45 am

three stages:

1-croghaun-pete-selection box - currabut
back up the road
2-tunnels-monsoon
to windmills via lil djouce
3-windmills-blackdog-rocknroll-paradise
roll down the fireraod because of the dh, then up the road

well that was some crack, one of the best and toughest spins i've had in a long time

We think that honours were even with barry taking stage1, me stage2 and DC stage 3. Just need Barry to get with the project and join up to Strava..

i can definitely see the appeal of this format..

A suffer score of 105???? Never heard of that before. I wonder what 'suffer score' the lads would put on the brick session yesterday. In fact in each race report we could include a 'suffer score', I like that one ;)

Strava Suffer Score

The Strava Suffer Score is an analysis of your heart rate data. By tracking your heart rate through your workout and its level relative to your maximum heart rate, we attach a value to show exactly how hard you worked. The more time you spend going full gas and the longer your activity, the higher the score. Compare your Suffer Score with friends and pros, see if you can do a truly epic workout and motivate yourself to push that extra bit harder! The Suffer Score was inspired by the concept of TRIMP (TRaining IMPulse) coined by Dr. Eric Bannister.

Points in the Red
Points in the Red is the portion of your Suffer Score that you earned in your Zone 4 and Zone 5 heart rate zones. Points in the Red shows you the intensity of your workout - if your Suffer Score and Points in the Red are the same, you were hammering the entire time!

sign up to strava - great way of tracking your training and motivate yourself to push that extra little beat. It's all about beating your mates after all!
