Hi Im also posting this up here so any non members can post if there going or want to ask a question.

Hi Folks,
The Club Duathlon will be on Sunday the 17th Feburary starting at spellman park Kildavin sign on 9:30 race start 10am. The format will be 3km/25km/3km €5 per person for tea, buns etc and hopefully a hot shower afterwards, run route same as last year but the bike route has been changed to a 2 lap 25km total . I have contacted Wexford Tri Club,TriCW Carlow,Tinahely tri club, Slaney CC and local running clubs inviting them to take part like last year. This is geared towards a bit of fun/training. Non club members/ potential future club members are very welcome to attend. I would like anyone interested in taking part to contact me between now and then so I can gauge numbers. I also need 3 volunteers to help me marshal/time keep/set up on the day.

There is significant interest and as this is a training spin we will limit numbers.
Remember it's not a race, more an introduction to the world for triathlon.


For anybody coming make yourself aware of the route as with training spins there not marshalled .

As its a training session there are no marshals so make yourself aware of the routes.
