Hi folks, this class is back.
If you love squats, lunges, burpees and some crossfit workouts this is for you
Ask any of the people who did it last time and they will tell you it was great.

Details as follows:
Starts Thursday 3rd January 2013.
In Kildavin gaa complex at 8.45 pm sharp.(For 1hr)
Runs for 8 weeks.
Showers and changing rooms available.
Cost is Aprox €50( depending on numbers) for 8 classes
Payable in full upfront on the first night to P.J.
Dont have me to go chasing you...cause i know people who can do damage!
