Weather permitting 8.30am on the square....80k ish...if anyones intrested let me know, am very flexible with time, distance etc...but if im on my own my route is......bunclody, ballon carlow, old dublin road(breakfast stop in tohers6Euros) castledermot, tullow, ardattan clonegal..home.

Niall, Tracy and myself can meet u at the breakfast stop what time do u recon you'll be there at or text us when your 15 to 20min away.
