I have Christening on Sunday. Wouldn't be able to cycle anyway as still recovering from the flu from hell. Have lost a half stone, all muscle. Going to be a while before I get back what I lost. The Ballyhoura leg of biking blitz is on this sunday so the racers may be off competing.
