Sun - Long Slow Run

I am heading out on Sunday morning about 9.30 (after my mothers day line in 
) for long slow run, very easy pace for 30 km.
I plan to leave from home and can met anyone interested along the way, planning to head for kildavin clonegal etc but flexible on route and time.But it must be a dog free zone
