Planning on doing intervals Saturday at 10am. Can Meet in ballycarney If that suits anyone.
Will be using same 1km piece of road so should suit any pace

I'm doing 8 mile this sat if it suits Brian or anybody else?

Nice easy/steady pace 7:30 per mile
