Kilrush 10 km recce

Mike Yvonne and myself are running this 10 km on Thursday morning at 10 am.
Leaving Kilrush church at 10 am sharp.
We are running at Yvonne's pace (6:30-7:00 min per km)
All are welcome.


Mike and myself are doing a flat out 30 km bike time trial beforehand.
Leaving Clonegal at 8:55am.
Again all welcome.
