Saturday road spin...7.30am on the square Bunclody....80/90k weather will dictate...possible route..Bunclody-Clonegal-Shilliagh-Tinahealy-Hackettstown--Aughrim (i hope)-Carnew-Bunclody.....pace will be easy, (Only if Mike gets down out of that big cog he's been pushing) with a coffee stop in Aughrim...RSVP...

Another great spin this morn..94k door to door...got to the coffee stop in Aughrim before the rain...Great to have the "Big Boys" with us to Tinahealy (pace was probably a bit much for them )..and as for minding Orla on her debut...she killed us all on the hills....well done everyone..bring on le tour...

That was a great spin today, thanks for the company everyone. Didn't even mind the wet. Those coffee/hot chocolate stops are great if you don't mind the slagging you get. 102k door to door, great to get another one under the belt.
