Blackbacks, Kunta kinte etc, Flatlands, up Selection box, up Heartbreaker, Mini DH, Wind mills, Jims bog, Johns hill, Blackdog, Not the bevy, Paradise, Linker, Lower wood. Finnish.

Not sure how long this will take but bring plenty of food and water. Steady pace 1 or 2 short stops.

A lot o rain fell last night. Its pretty miserable out there at the moment. I might just do a short lap in Tinahely. Does somebody want to take over this spin. I wont be driving to Bunclody this morning.
