Planning to attempt BrianM's route.
Leaving swimming pool 7:30 for Ballypierce
Towards croghaun but left down Minidh
Up rocky road and heartbreaker
Mecca
Up Rocky road and down selection box
Up flatlands or road to top gate
Kuntekinte, chicken George etc
Back to ucp, tunnels loop
Windmills, Hennessy's gap, jim's bog, johns hill
Back up to black dog, not the bevy, paradise, linker, Tullys gully, dabbage, lower wood, home

BTW, I estimate this will take around 3:40, not including any stops. It's still long!

Grand spin but. The camera gave up the ghost early on, battery died. My jockey wheels are knackered, both Furlongs are knackered and Dean 's mojo is on the blink.
Also, I finally have to admit that the women are probably right. The default disposition of the fortyish male is...
Disgruntled.

I swapped out one of my jockey wheels last night - from under use I reckon. Though that might be the disgruntled point of view

Here here, quality spin - I'm sure this year's competitors / participants will enjoy it. 4 hours in the saddle over that terrain definitely should be labelled "for experienced riders only".
What are the chances of me getting the kids to cook dinner while I snooze on the sofa and recover my mojo?
