MTB Spin Sunday 16th

Post by Rudolf »

Hello All,

This Sunday it is the plan to ride the whole course.

The plan is as follows

Fast group: The pace will be constant and we will try and get a idea of the time needed to complete the loop with out major stops.

Leisure group: If you want to ride the course at your own pace or only do the 25 km loop you can do this option.

Is their somebody who want to lead the leisure group on Sunday?

Leaving the swimming pool at 9.15 for both options. Bring plenty of food and water as there will be no food zones.

Can we also ride all the way back to the hotel on the proposed route as i haven't ridden that bit.

See you there.

I'm heading out up ballypierce at 6 meeting 3 of our new recruits at 7 upper cp. The fact I'll have been out for 3+ hours by the time iI meet ye lot I reckon will put my pace in the 'leisure' bracket so I can lead that group around.

An even dozen out today, well done to all.
Is there anything Mike Ryan can't do? Turns up for his first mtb spin with us on a bike the same age as Barry and rides every bit of singletrack in the place! And all this after doing 100km on the road yesterday. Respect.
