LCP 9am Monday. 2.5 - 3 hours sociable pace, all wecome. I'll decide route based on who shows up.

PS: I'll probably cycle up, if anyone wants to join me, leaving swimming pool at 8:30

Went out yesterday afternoon, planning a nice long spin. Came off within an hour. Aggravated injured elbow. Had to come home. Will have to give it a miss. Damn, was hoping for 2 good spins this weekend. Really enjoyed new route least weekend. Enjoy.
