Long slow run Wicklow way area

Heading out on Sat morning for a 30k slow run. Leaving Nolans Garage in Ballon at 6.20am sharp and runining thru Ardattion to 1 of the entrances to the wicklow Way and back to Ballon.

DCM training in full tilt at this stage, hope all is going well. Sat not good for me but keep posting those LSR as some company will make a huge difference in terms of enjoyment! Not easy do them all alone , next time perhaps!

Will do Joy, Thanks. I know its a s..t time and very very early but its a bit mad at home at the moment and if i dont get them done at that time thats it for the weekend. The time should improve in a couple of weeks.

Heading out for a 36k run at 7.15 in the morning. Same route as last posts.

Heading out in the morning, 33/34 km, nice slow pace about 5.30km/min. Leaving nolans garage in Ballon at 6.45 approx or as soon as it gets bright. Same route as the other weeks.

You looked to be very comfortable last Saturday when I met you. Was that around 28km?
Training must be going well. Not long now :D

Bang on pj, it was 28km. Not too long now winding down from tomorrow.

Ah taper time nothing like it! glad to hear all is going well for you colm, just take it easy now up to the big day, unable to get out the past couple of weeks nursing a foot injury and still looking at one or two weeks more before back .

Guys DCM is looking very dodgy for me as I havent ran since Oct 5th due to a fecking injury by a dog...... Waiting on word from the physio on Wednesday and see what he thinks. So if im not doing it someone can run under my name as you cant transfer. Or Jim can run it twice?
